Ropers Skip Gal(Skip)- APHA 1998 Palomino Overo Mare. What can I say:) I love this girl's shade of palomino and her overo markings. They just all work together to make a outstanding mare. She is sweet, gentle, rides well, likes attention. Very stout built and has a great head and hip. She also goes back to alot of legends and is 7/8 quarter horse bred. The one line of paints on her papers, is actually a crop-out of two quarter horses, so she should hopefully produce alot of quarter type build colts with that painted chrome on top. We will see. Skip is very very broke to ride. We hauled her to Buffalo on a 6 day camping trip in Sept 06 and she handled well every day. My nephew even rode her on the River Ride and she was a pro for him.
