| In 2007 we decided to keep several of our weanling stud colts, in order to raise them and eventually ride them, so that we could have many colored gelding prospects for ourselves and possibly a few to sell. We were greatly blessed to have some of these colors and bloodlines and are pleased with each one. This page will be where the current photos will be put of them. Dudes Twistin Gold(AQHA)- Born April 20th, 2007 at 10:20 pm. Really handsome bay stud colt with a star and strip in his face and two rear socks white. He will have the size and stamina to be a roper, reiner, or working cow horse and be able to be a superstar performer at anything he does. Senors Silver Lariat(AQHA)- Born April 27, 2007 at 9:45 pm. Buff Buckskin stud colt with a small star. We bred Tin Doc Girl(one of our past mares who was a finished cutter) in 2006 to a local stallion that was 27 years old at the time, Senor Solano. We bred this mare this way because she is a half sister to the dam of Classy Solano( which is Candi's personal riding horse) and has been a stand out gelding in every way. When we crossed Holly to Senor, the foal would genetically be a almost full brother to Classy Solano. Then later on we came to find out that Holly was the only mare that he got in foal that year. We had our fingers crossed and were "wishing big" that we got a buckskin colt, and we did. Needless to say, this guy won't be for sale. He will probably be the very last foal by Senor who is a son of Doc's Solano and a grandson of Senor George. They just don't make them like him anymore.
